PACKAGING

All items are carefully packaged in tissue paper and pretty poly mailer bags to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. I encourage all customers to reuse my packaging wherever possible. 

 

TURNAROUND & DELIVERY TIMESCALE

If you buy any items that are ready made, they will be posted out to you the following day (unless otherwise stated). But with all made-to-order items please allow up to 14 days from when placing your order to receiving it. At busy times such as Christmas, timescale may be a little longer, if this is the case, it will made clear at the time of ordering. All orders will require a signature when delivered, that's for your peace of mind and mine.

 

If you have not received your order within the given time, then please contact me. Royal Mail do not class a package as lost until a certain period of time after the expected delivery date has passed. Once this date has passed a replacement will be made and sent to you. Refunds will not be issued for lost post unless a replacement is not available.
 

 

RETURNS

I really hope you are happy with your order, but if for any reason you are not, then please email me within 14 days of receiving it.

If your item is faulty, I will refund or replace it - just contact me and I'll sort it asap. If returning anything, please try to reuse the original packaging and send it signed for, and I will reimburse the postage once I have received the item.
 

If you wish to return something for any reason other than faulty, then you are required to pay the cost of return postage yourself. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Any item showing signs of being worn or washed, will be returned to back to you and no refund issued.
 

Refunds are processed within 14 days.
 

Please note, items that are custom made in any way, are exempt from the above returns policy and cannot be returned unless faulty.
