TURNAROUND & DELIVERY TIMESCALE

 

Ready made, they will be posted out to you within 48 hours (unless otherwise stated).

With all made-to-order items please allow up to 21 days from when placing your order to receiving it.

At busy times such as Christmas, timescale may be a little longer, if this is the case, it will made clear at the time of ordering.

 

  The delivery timescales below are those given by the Royal Mail.

Royal Mail does not consider a tracked 24 package as lost until 7 working days after the expected delivery date.

If you have not received your order by then, please  contact me and a replacement will be made and sent to you.

Refunds will not be issued for lost post unless a replacement is not available.

  Orders up to £30  - £9 - International Tracked & Signed

REST OF WORLD POSTAGE

5-7 Working Days

   Orders up to £30 - £12 - International Tracked and Signed

PACKAGING

All items are carefully packaged in tissue paper and pretty poly mailer bags to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

I encourage all customers to reuse my packaging wherever possible.

 

RETURNS & LOST ORDERS

I take extra care with all orders and really hope you are happy with yours! If for some reason you are not, then please email me within 14 days of receiving it.

If your item is faulty, I will refund or replace it - just contact me and I'll sort it asap. If returning anything, please try to reuse the original packaging and send it tracked 24 and I will reimburse the postage once I have received the item.
 

If you wish to return something for any reason other than faulty, then you are required to pay the cost of return postage yourself.

Items must be unworn and unwashed. Any item showing signs of being worn or washed will be returned to back to you and no refund issued.
