Ready made items will be despatched within 48 hours (unless otherwise stated).

All made-to-order items will be made and despatched within 21 days from when placing your order.

At busy times such as Christmas, timescale may be a little longer, if this is the case, it will made clear at the time of ordering.

 

​  The delivery timescales below are those given by the Royal Mail.

UK POSTAGE

1-2 Working Days

        Orders up to £45 - £3 - Royal Mail Tracked 24     

   Orders over £45 - £100 - £4.50 - Royal Mail Tracked 24

   Orders over £100 - FREE - Royal Mail Tracked 24

POSTAGE & DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK

All orders are sent Royal Mail International Tracked, costs are calculated at checkout and delivery timescales stated.

 

Orders going to the USA do have the 10% tariff fee included in the price of items, but may still be subject to additional taxes.

Any additional fees and taxes applicable to international orders are out of our control and are payable by the customer.

 

If you fail to pay and the item is returned to us, you must pay for shipping again and it will then be posted back out to you.

If you decide not to have the said order resent, you can opt for a 70% refund (not including shipping fee).​

PACKAGING

All items are carefully packaged in tissue paper, boxes and/or pretty poly mailer bags to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

​I encourage all customers to reuse my packaging wherever possible.

 

RETURNS & LOST ORDERS

Royal Mail does not consider a tracked 24 package as lost until 7 working days after the expected delivery date.

If you have not received your order by then, please contact me and a replacement will be made and sent to you.

Refunds will not be issued for lost items unless a replacement is not available.

 

I take extra care with all orders and really hope you are happy with yours!

If for some reason you are not, then please email me within 14 days of receiving it.

If your item is faulty, I will refund or replace it - just contact me and I'll sort it asap.

If returning anything, please try to reuse the original packaging and send it tracked and I will reimburse the postage once I have received the item.
 

If you wish to return something for any reason other than faulty, then you are required to pay the cost of return postage yourself.

Items must be unworn and unwashed. Any item showing signs of being worn or washed will be returned to back to you

and no refund issued.
